A leading medical company is seeking an enthusiastic Events and Communications Executive for a hybrid role focused on planning and executing large-scale events and communications. The successful candidate will support event logistics, create marketing content, and oversee social media calendars. A degree in relevant fields and proven event experience are required. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Events and Communications Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale events, as well as executing external-facing communications across a variety of formats.
Hybrid role - 3 days per week on-site at Global HQ in Worthing.
Maternity Cover / FTC, expected start date January 2026.
What You'll Be Doing:
What Experience & Skills Do You Need:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or similar.
Proven experience in organising and delivering events (especially large-scale or multi-stakeholder ones).
Strong communication skills and copywriting ability, with a flair for tone and storytelling.
Confident using digital tools to create or edit visual assets, with an eye for good design.
Proactive and diligent, with strong attention to detail.
Organised, adaptable, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with Podbean, MailChimp, Salesforce and Hootsuite, among others. (desirable)
