Founded in 2017, Alliance Events aims to deliver customer-focused, skilled, and experienced Security Officers to both the public and private sectors across the UK. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted, nationwide provider of security management services, serving industries such as events, education, healthcare, retail, and sports. Our teams operate out of Shoreditch, London, and our Head Office in Loughborough, Midlands, reflecting our commitment to raising standards within the security industry.

We are currently seeking Event Stewards nationwide for ad-hoc roles across various events and festivals. Our services include supporting major events like Ride London, School Games, and Glastonbury, as well as over 35 other festivals annually, and providing tailored security management for corporate clients and universities in South and West London. Job Description

As an event safety steward, you will be expected to:

  • Provide and promote the highest level of customer care and service.
  • Ensure customer safety and report issues to management.
  • Familiarise yourself with the site layout and available facilities.
  • Understand your role and health and safety responsibilities, especially regarding those with special needs and children.
  • Attend pre-event briefings.
  • Carry out pre-event checks.
  • Monitor for overcrowding.
  • Report disturbances or incidents.
  • Respond to medical incidents appropriately.
