Job description

At On Event Production Co., we bring events to life by delivering innovative technical production and bespoke build solutions. From immersive corporate gatherings to engaging live experiences, we collaborate with clients to create impactful moments. As part of the Strata Group, we’re at the forefront of event production, continually pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results.

The Role

We are looking for an Event Producer to enhance our production and scenic services, becoming a trusted point of contact for clients by bringing creative vision and event delivery together. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you will take ownership of projects from brief to execution, ensuring every element works together to deliver a cohesive, memorable experience.

You’ll bring ideas to life through storytelling, experience design, and project management, while working alongside our in-house production and fabrication specialists, as well as trusted partners and suppliers. Your role is about seeing the bigger picture, shaping the concept, managing the process, and ensuring the end result exceeds expectations across exhibitions, conferences, awards and recognition events, digital content, and experiential campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initial brief through to delivery, managing the client relationship at every stage.
  • Develop creative event concepts, narratives, and audience journeys that respond to client objectives.
  • Work closely with internal production and fabrication teams to align technical and scenic delivery with the overall event vision.
  • Oversee delivery of a wide range of projects including exhibitions, conferences, awards and recognition events, digital content, and experiential campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to integrate elements such as logistics, delegate management, and specialist services.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to keep delivery on track.
  • Confidently present creative ideas, project plans, and updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all experiences are delivered to the highest creative and technical standards.
  • Stay ahead of event trends, technologies, and audience engagement techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Desired qualifications
  • Proven experience in event experience design and delivery, with a portfolio that includes exhibitions, conferences, awards, digital content, and experiential activations.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead conversations, build trust, and guide stakeholders.
  • An understanding of technical production (AV, staging, lighting, sound) and scenic fabrication, with the ability to connect these elements to the wider event experience.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • A creative thinker who can turn ideas into practical, impactful experiences.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
