The role demands previous experience in Contract Catering, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service. You will oversee menu planning, quality control, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications, possess food hygiene knowledge, and demonstrate outstanding managerial abilities. This position offers work weekdays from 15:00 to 19:30.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Contract Catering industry is required.
• Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety.
• Demonstrate high standards and be well organised in all areas of Management.

Responsibilities

• Managing Front of House day-to-day operations of catering services.
• Creating and planning daily menus that are innovative and cost-effective.
• Leading and supervising the Front of House catering team.
