Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in multi-site retail or restaurant development, especially in franchise environments.
• Proven ability to operate independently across diverse markets with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver multi-year development plans for assigned markets.
• Conduct site feasibility analysis to identify expansion opportunities.
• Support franchisees with financial models for site selection.
• Lead franchise engagement on pipeline development.
• Review site proposals for brand alignment.
• Oversee site-approval packages for delivery compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and HR.
