Weatherford, a leading global oil and gas service company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EUA Technical Sales Representative specializing in Intervention Services & Drilling Tools technologies to join our team in Aberdeen, United Kingdom. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth in the EUA market while providing exceptional technical support to clients.

Job Purpose

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be the primary technical and commercial point of contact for Weatherford's ISDT product lines in the assigned territory, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to key clients within the European oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for Weatherford's ISDT product lines in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the European oil and gas sector, including IOCs (International Oil Companies) and local operators.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, presentations, and cost estimates for ISDT services.
  • Conduct technical presentations to clients highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of Weatherford's ISDT technologies.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful job execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support during pre-job planning, execution, and post-job analysis.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Conduct technical training for clients and internal teams on ISDT technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and technical discussions in the company's CRM system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years specifically in Intervention Services & Drilling Tools.
  • Strong technical sales background with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Technical understanding of intervention services and drilling tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 10-25%.
