A leading facility management organization in Kidderminster is seeking a proactive Estate Manager. This role involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the industrial site, ensuring a safe and compliant environment. The ideal candidate should have a technical background with HNC or HND in Engineering and proven experience in facilities management. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential to drive improvements and manage multiple teams effectively. Only candidates with SC clearance will be considered.

Location: Kidderminster, Fully On–Site
Salary: 36,000 – 52,000 + benefits
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our industrial site. This hands–on role will ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment for all site–based personnel, while managing both in–house teams and external service partners. The Estate Manager will report to the Facilities & Security Manager and play a key role in supporting organizational objectives.
