This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EPOS Technical Support Engineer to join a company in High Wycombe. This position requires a 5‑day office presence Monday to Friday, with potential transition to 4 days in office and 1 weekend day from home.

Responsibilities
  • Providing first‑line remote support to EPOS system users.
  • Answering direct calls and enquiries from users.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet user expectations.
  • Escalating complex problems to the software developers where necessary.
  • Assisting the implementation manager with remote EPOS system implementation tasks, such as delivering remote training sessions and equipment set‑up support.
  • Remotely supporting new members through their FPOS installations.
  • Providing initial system tour and training to new members.
Qualifications
  • EPOS or IT background.
  • Excellent customer skills.
  • Happy to potentially swap 1 weekday for a remote weekend support day.
  • Any retail experience is useful (experience in a shop and understanding EPOS from a user perspective).
