A consulting firm specializing in health analytics is seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, analysis, and reporting of studies using healthcare data. The ideal candidate will have a health-related Masters or PhD in epidemiology, strong project management skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service. This role offers hybrid working and an attractive benefits package.
Hybrid working - MINIMUM of 2 days per week (40%) in office with Tuesday as the team day
In 2020 LCP launched our Heath Analytics practice, providing analytical and research services for organisations across the life sciences and healthcare industries. Our team brings together scientists, HEOR experts, market access specialists, epidemiologists, clinicians, and health data specialists alongside our established actuarial, analytics and technology teams to deliver new solutions for the fundamental challenges in health.
Over the past five years we have built a track record for leading approaches to real world evidence generation, health economic modelling, literature reviews and statistical analysis, market access strategy and innovative reimbursement design. We have been growing the team quickly in response to the demand we are seeing for the service offerings we have developed and now have a team of over 50 people working across three service areas of evidence generation, HEOR, and market access.
Our team’s mission is to help move health systems from importers of illness to exporters of health and to support our clients to deliver value to patients. This is underpinned by our approach to support clients to improve the population’s health and reduce inequalities.
What's the role?

You will play a key role in the design, analysis and reporting of studies using real world healthcare data, such as electronic healthcare records, registries and claims databases. We are looking for someone who can bring a high level of scientific rigor, is motivated to work at the cutting edge of methods and RWE study designs and is committed to going the extra mile for our clients.
Experience in a consulting or CRO is crucial and we are looking for you to provide excellent service to our clients through both technical expertise and delivery/project management excellence.
