Purpose of the Role
The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs that consent with ISO 9001 standards, as well as federal, state, ختم regulations. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Align EHS policies and procedures with ISO 9001 standards to ensure consistent quality management practices across the organization.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and local environmental protection agencies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring understanding safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and environmental protection measures.
- Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near‑misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measuresड़.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with EHS policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, and coordinate drills and exercises to ensure preparedness. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and regulatory compliance, and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance EHS performance and implementing best practices while completing other tasks asked dedicar at management.

Requirements
Required Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred; may substitute with relevant experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience 新 EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
