What you’ll do

As an Implementation Consultant Associate, you’ll:

  • Support payroll system setup, data migration, and testing (including parallel payroll runs).
  • Help onboard new clients, working closely with our Implementation team.
  • Create process documents and handover materials.
  • Manage parts of projects, prioritising tasks as client needs shift.
  • Provide support to colleagues and customers by phone and online.
