We are currently looking for a knowledgeableEnterprise Coordinatortobe part ofestablishingtheanew Coventry Careers Hub.
The role will involve:
Establishing strong and trusted relationships with schools,collegesand businesses, based on a strong understanding ofthe challengesandopportunitiesofeach stakeholder.
Working at pace toestablishthe hub,and being adaptable, tenacious, determined, positive and resilient with the ability to deal with ambiguity in a changing environment.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the careerslandscape and relevant government policy - translatingthese into activity and impact locally.
The successful candidate willhaveagood understanding and knowledge of responsible business issues(with an appetite to learn more), as well asschool culture and the challenges faced by schools in delivering careers and enterprise.
