This role requires managing logistics, organizing performance appraisals, and facilitating effective communication between engineers and the company. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the engineering or energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of 5 to 10 engineers seconded to EPRE.
• Handle logistics such as holiday bookings and training follow-ups.
• Organize and conduct Performance Development Appraisals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the engineers and Framatome.
• Organize regular team meetings to disseminate information.
• Regularly report to the senior manager and attend meetings.
