Qualifications

• Preferably have a background in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Formal qualifications within these sectors are strongly encouraged.
• Understanding of Health and Safety standards, particularly CDM, with additional training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of engineering projects.
• Oversee construction in line with in-house policies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Financial forecasting of projects and reporting on the value of work done.
