AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) working in cooperation with our client Ryanair are inviting applications for a Station Manager to lead our largest and busiest engineering base at London Stansted Airport. This is a high-profile role with strategic and operational responsibility for a team of over 200 Engineers and Mechanics, supporting a fleet of 60 night-stopping aircraft in a fast-paced, 24/7 maintenance environment.
As the Station Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance across all maintenance operations. This is a challenging and dynamic leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, people management experience, and a solid background in aircraft maintenance and engineering.
