We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Group. In this role, you’ll help enterprise clients make monday.com a mission-critical part of their stack, tackling high-scale engineering challenges across our platform. Your work will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and the success of our largest customers.

Note: This is a hybrid role based in our incredible London office in Fitzrovia, with 3 days per week on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of engineers, defining the team’s vision, strategy, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
• Set and elevate engineering standards within your team and across the Enterprise group at monday.com.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver robust services and exceptional user experiences.
• Design advanced solutions that push the boundaries of our platform.
• Drive technical excellence while enabling rapid development and deployment cycles in a microservices and microfrontends environment.
