Join us in leading a talented team of engineers focused on delivering mission-critical CRM solutions to some of the world’s most respected blue-chip clients. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, enterprise-grade systems that power customer engagement and retention at scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Client Success, to evolve and optimise CRM capabilities that directly support complex business needs. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of backend and frontend engineers delivering CRM features, integrations, and tooling
  • Define and drive technical strategy for CRM system architecture and scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering roadmaps
  • Ensure engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code quality
  • Mentor and develop engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and career development
  • Manage team performance and delivery timelines in an agile environment
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
  • Strong technical background with expertise in modern web technologies, APIs, and data flows
  • Demonstrable success delivering large-scale systems for enterprise clients
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
