Job summary

A regional statutory inspection service provider is seeking a qualified Engineer Surveyor to inspect lifting and pressure plants in East Anglia. The ideal candidate must have at least an HNC in engineering, relevant driving licenses, and experience in the inspection industry. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, producing reports, and coordinating schedules. The role supports flexible working hours within a collaborative environment, emphasizing both client satisfaction and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as a time-served Engineer Surveyor within the inspection industry.
  • Full UK Driving License is required.
  • Professional registration at EngTech level is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed engineering inspections per regulations and standards.
  • Produce engineering reports using inspection software.
  • Represent the company at client sites and networking events.
  • Coordinate schedules with the Office Administrator and Engineering team.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to service delivery.

Education

Minimum HNC or equivalent Level 4 in an engineering-related field
