About the role

We’re looking for an Engineering Administrator to join our team, and play a key role, working collaboratively with the wider Engineering team, repairers and customers to ensure that all administration tasks are completed for the engineering function.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify priorities in resourcing of jobs ensuring these are allocated between the engineering team, efficiently and correctly.
  • Be proactive in ensuring awareness of current departmental ongoing jobs.
  • Use our internal system to ensure all active work jobs are on the correct step.
  • Negotiate and settle total loss claims.
  • Liaise with repairers and customers with ongoing jobs and queries.
  • Support in the management of shared email inboxes.
  • Work with other areas of the business to ensure the needs of the customer are met or exceeded.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports for the engineering function.
  • Take responsibility of your own workload using our internal systems to ensure a variety of administration tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
  • Support the wider team to achieving departmental targets.
