• Proven experience in leading change/transformation programmes within the energy retail market or similar fields.
• Previous working experience as a Business Readiness manager within the Customer focused and/or Energy supplier.
• Strong background in business readiness and change management.

• Play a pivotal role in transformation, focusing on stakeholder and people transformation work streams.
• Collaborate with the Executive Sponsor and the programme team.
• Ensure successful navigation of the transformation programme.
