You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, whether face-to-face or over the phone, offering support that goes beyond energy services.You’ll empower customers with practical, personalised energy-saving advice, helping them reduce their usage, lower their bills, and shrink their carbon footprint, along with introducing them to our innovative, eco-conscious products and servicesUsing our in-house CRM system, you’ll resolve queries efficiently and clearly translating technical information into everyday language and ensuring every interaction supports our mission for a more sustainable future.Beyond customer service, you’ll be a sustainability ambassador in your community.
