We’re seeking a proactive Employment Paralegal to deliver expert support on complex employment cases and day-to-day legal matters.

We value a resourceful, thoughtful mind‑set with a thirst for knowledge and a keen eye for risk—your ability to anticipate needs and deliver high‑quality work will drive your progression and our department’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Draft letters of advice, tribunal proceedings, and prepare settlement agreements.
  • Attend client meetings and assemble tribunal documentation.
  • Coordinate between courts, supervisors, clients, and counsel to manage deadlines and logistics.
  • Liaise with both employer and employee clients.
  • Compile detailed chronologies and track case milestones.
  • Balance hands‑on legal drafting with meticulous administrative organisation.
  • Anticipate needs, identify risks, and consistently produce high‑quality work.
  • Contribute directly to team progression and overall departmental success.
Qualifications
  • Law degree (2:1 or higher) is essential and an LPC/SQE an advantage.
  • Strong IT and communication skills including experience of using MSOFFICE products.
  • Eye for detail & ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, calm and professional approach.
