Job summary

A dynamic multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced HR Officer for a temporary contract focused on employee relations case management. You will manage disciplinaries, grievances, and provide practical advice to managers. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review case documentation, supporting hearings.

  • Act as first point of contact for employee relations queries.
