Responsibilities

  • Oversee the employee relations service and provide expert advice on ER queries.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage the workloads of the ER Advisory team.
  • Advise Trust Managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure casework is managed to quality standards and timescales.
  • Report on ER KPIs and improve processes.
