  • Define and execute the regional partner strategy in alignment with Diligent’s global GRC growth objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new strategic partners to expand market coverage and accelerate revenue.
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring joint success through business planning, enablement, and co‑selling.

  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems across EMEA from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated experience in partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
  • Strong leadership background, managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA channel dynamics, including VAR, MSP, and GSI business models.
  • Exceptional communication and executive influencing skills, both internally and externally.
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven, comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce) and KPIs to manage outcomes.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset (i.e. German or French)
  • Based in Europe, with willingness to travel regionally (approx. 25–40 %).
