A leading governance SaaS company in the UK is seeking an experienced EMEA Lead, Partner Sales to navigate and scale its partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will oversee a team of five, defining strategies, recruiting new partners, and maximizing existing relationships. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years in Partner Sales within SaaS, showcasing strong leadership and analytical skills. We are looking for an experienced and results‑oriented EMEA Lead, Partner Sales to lead and scale Diligent’s partner business across the region. This strategic role will be responsible for driving growth through Diligent’s partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on recruiting and activating new partners, while deepening engagement with existing ones.
The successful candidate will lead a team of five Partner Sales Managers covering key EMEA geographies and play a critical role in expanding Diligent’s reach through partnerships with VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and advisory firms.
