Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years coaching experience.
• Minimum 3 years working with elite players.
• Playing experience at Tier 5 or above.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver every coaching session.
• Attend and manage match day events.
• Document all communication with parents and guardians.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Basic First Aid for Sport

Safeguarding and welfare experience

UEFA B licence (or working towards)

IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Education

Sports Coaching/Science/Therapy or Sports Management Degree

PTLLS or Teaching Qualification (PGCE, MSc)
