Working within the Engineering team and supporting the Senior Electronics Test Engineer with new product testing development for rechargeable battery solutions. We’re looking for a candidate with a creative and innovative mindset, to design and develop new custom automated test equipment, assist with the maintenance of existing equipment, to work with test technicians and collaborate with other departments in NPI and PFMEA processes for new products.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Electronics Test Engineer with a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering, ideally supported by hands-on experience in a manufacturing or test environment. The successful candidate will combine excellent technical skills, particularly in LabVIEW programming, troubleshooting, and test equipment development, with strong problem-solving ability and a structured approach to work. They will be an organised and motivated individual who communicates clearly, adapts well to change, and enjoys collaborating across engineering, NPI production, and quality teams to deliver reliable solutions and continuous improvements.

The second and final stage will be an on-site interview with the wider team, which will give us the opportunity to assess cultural and team fit, while also allowing the candidate to experience our environment first-hand. This stage will also include further discussion around the role, responsibilities, and the candidate’s experience, ensuring both sides have a clear understanding of expectations.
