Being there for our customers is our priority, and you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our British Gas Service Promise of same-day fixes and installing electric vehicle charge points.**Base Salary: £41,389 with uncapped OTE - £51,389 is a realistic expectation through our comprehensive field reward scheme.**As a British Gas Electrician, you’ll use your expertise to deliver safe, high-quality electrical work in customers’ homes, from fault finding and installations to full rewires and EV charge point installations. You’ll need at least two years’ experience as a qualified electrician.EV installation experience is a bonus, but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll give you the training and qualifications to get there.Your customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities will enable you to diagnose issues efficiently and work safely to ensure first-time fixes whilst promoting British Gas products and services through professional advice and expertise.**What we're looking for:*** City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent), culminating in a Level 3 Technical Certificate including the National Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 certificate* Demonstrable experience working in the electrical industry* Current City & Guilds 2382 - B.S. 7671 IET Wiring Regulations certificate* City and Guilds 2391.52 (or equivalent) would be highly desirable* City & Guilds 2921/2919 EV charging is desirable We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
