Group Metropolitan is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team. We are a turnkey Principal Contractor with a focus on delivering high-quality projects for our clients. Responsibilities
  • Direct timely, quality, and cost-efficient setup for all assigned projects
  • Manage monthly department project reporting process
  • Implement, manage, and monitor programs, change process, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate site team works, including subcontractors and external supply chain
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and act on opportunities to reduce costs and add value to the project
  • Ensure high site standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Chair and minute meetings with clients, internal departments, and subcontractors
About You

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in Electrical Infrastructure and Data Centre Fit out packages. Key communication skills, project planning abilities, and experience in running productive meetings are essential for this role.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven track record of working for customer-facing contractors
  • Comprehensive awareness of health & safety, CDM, and environmental legislation
  • Good knowledge of IT systems such as Planning software, SharePoint, and MS Office
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) scheme eligibility after 12 months of continuous employment
