Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience within Hard FM services.
• Recognised electrical apprenticeship (SVQ/NVQ Level 3).
• 18th Edition qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site engineering team and ensure work meets KPIs.
• Oversee compliance, work quality, and documentation.
• Manage operational work orders and support staff development.
• Undertake planned and reactive electrical maintenance.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience within Hard FM services

Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation

Excellent interpersonal skills

Education
