Job summary

A local sports organization in Dundee is seeking a Casual Assistant Sports Coach to assist in the delivery of various physical activities and sports programs. The role requires a background in sports coaching, preferably with a recognized coaching award, and experience engaging with children. Candidates need to demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position offers a pay rate of £13.64 per hour, with flexible working hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Hold NGB Award, Sports Leaders Award, NC Sports Coaching, or SVQ Level 2.
• Experience with children from diverse backgrounds required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of classes within sports programme.
• Follow SGB guidelines for coach-to-participant ratios.
• Deliver tailored activities across Active Dundee facilities.
