Overview

We are hiring Full-Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Derby.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work Monday to Sunday.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. You will be passionate about showcasing our diverse products and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your main objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for our guests and to offer the best experience on the high street.

You will DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and by showcasing products with style, including sets, accessories and add-ons. You will help create a first-class shopping experience through your service, attitude and behaviours.

From day one you will receive in-depth training on our products, including fabric and weather durability, product care and best matched product companions, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Sales Ambassador.

About you

Don’t worry about previous experience. We are looking for outgoing people with a friendly, organised and can-do attitude. You will be positive and approachable, not shy, and able to approach customers with ease to spark enthusiastic conversations.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant on the shop floor, you will be the go-to person for customer questions, resolving issues and ensuring customers are genuinely cared for.
