Responsibilities

• Carrying out pre-planned and reactive BMS maintenance.
• Supporting customers on-site and remotely.
• Identifying system upgrades and energy-saving improvements.
• Providing concise reports and technical documentation.
• Participating in a call-out rota with advance notice of dates.
• Delivering remedials and small works.

Skills

Experience in a BMS field service role

Strong knowledge of HVAC principles

Hands-on experience with BMS systems

Familiarity with integration protocols

Troubleshooting software, graphics and control panels

Full UK driving licence

Tools

BMS systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Delta, ALC)

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out pre-planned and reactive BMS maintenance
• Supporting customers on-site and remotely
• Identifying system upgrades and energy-saving improvements
• Providing concise reports and technical documentation
• Participating in a call-out rota (limited sites) with advance notice of dates
• Delivering remedials and small works

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a BMS field service role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles
• Hands-on experience with BMS systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Delta, ALC)
• Familiarity with integration protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus
• Confident troubleshooting software, graphics and control panels
• Full UK driving licence
