A leading testing services provider in the UK is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join their toxicology team. This role includes performing drug and alcohol testing services across various industries. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Life Science, Biochemistry, or Chemistry, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position offers a full-time contract with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least degree level in a Life Science, Biochemistry or Chemistry.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Competency with Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical procedures, including manual screening and automated methods.
• Receive and register biological samples into the laboratory.
• Analyze biological specimens for drugs of abuse using LCMS techniques.
