Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing accounts for an SME or group of companies.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting processes.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts, cash flow, payroll, and compliance across multiple UK entities.
  • Work with outsourced partners to reconcile US data and produce consolidated reports.
  • Create monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, and financial dashboards.
  • Coordinate PAYE and corporation tax filings with external accountants.
  • Track rental income, expenses, and intercompany transactions for properties.
  • Support the CEO with budgeting and forecasting.
