THE WORK:

Ripple is hiring a Manager to support business development across RLUSD, XRPL, and Ripple Payments. This role works across Ripple’s core product lines, supporting partnership execution, market expansion, and go-to-market activity.

You will work closely with senior BD leaders and product teams to help progress partnerships from early conversations through to launch. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is commercially curious, organised, and comfortable operating across multiple products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Support the development and execution of business development initiatives across RLUSD, XRPL, and Ripple Payments.
  • Help source, evaluate, and progress partnerships with fintechs, payment companies, banks, and digital asset infrastructure providers.
  • Assist in structuring and executing commercial agreements in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Stablecoins, RippleX, and Payments to support partner onboarding and.
  • Build a strong understanding of Ripple’s product suite and articulate value propositions clearly to partners.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, support account planning, and help ensure momentum from initial engagement through to launch.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.>
  • Working knowledge of stablecoins, cross-border payments, FX, or blockchain-based financial products.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in regulated environments and partnering closely with Legal and Compliance.
  • Clear communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter looking to build depth across Ripple’s product suite and progress into larger ownership over time.
