Job description

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our clients successful team.

Working as a Family Solicitor, you will be experienced in dealing with family law, including separation, divorce and finances upon divorce.

You will also be used to dealing with the following:

• Domestic abuse / violence injunctions, divorce and children law
• TOLATA claims
• You must have the ability to draft legal documentation
• You will have the ability to manage finance control, in particular with regards to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.

Candidates interested in this role should possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years post qualified experience, possessing expertise in all aspects of family law. You will need to be able to manage your own caseload and use the firms practice and case management system.
