Qualifications

• Registered member of a professional counseling body with 3+ years post-qualification experience and 450+ counseling hours.
• Ability to work within a short-term counseling model in an EAP context.
• Understanding of organizational dynamics and workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage online referrals promptly.
• Provide short-term counseling (3-8 sessions) to clients.
• Report risk events to the Case Management Team.
