Qualifications

• Experience managing staff within an education setting regulated by Ofsted.
• Understanding of SEND or employment support is helpful but not essential.
• Possible previous roles include Curriculum Manager, SEND Lead, Centre Manager, Quality Manager, or Deputy Head.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Programme Coordinators to deliver high-quality programmes.
• Champion excellent teaching, functional skills delivery, and job coaching standards.
• Track performance and outcomes for the best possible learner experience.
• Build strong relationships with employers and referral partners.
• Use insight and feedback to shape improvements.
