About the job Regional Marketing Manager

Role Summary

Hoxton Wealth is seeking a UK Marketing Manager to lead the clear and disciplined execution of our marketing activity in the UK market.

This role suits a true 360 marketer with strong UK financial services experience, who combines hands‑on delivery with sound judgement. You will translate global strategy into locally relevant, FCA‑appropriate activity that supports revenue growth, adviser recruitment, and Hoxtons credibility within the UK advice landscape.

You will take clear ownership of UK marketing delivery. This is a role for someone who plans with structure, executes with confidence, and measures impact carefully.

Working closely with global marketing teams across content, paid media, creative, video, and operations, you will ensure the UK market is well supported, well prioritised, and consistently represented — without unnecessary complexity or delay.

Your work will directly influence pipeline quality, adviser engagement, and how clearly Hoxton is understood in the UK.

London / Liverpool / Manchester / Birmingham

Key Responsibilities

UK Marketing Execution

  • Own delivery of the UK marketing plan, ensuring activity is structured, timely, and to standard.
  • Translate global campaigns into relevant, compliant UK execution.
  • Act as the accountable owner for UK marketing output, from planning through to delivery.

Campaigns & Channels

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, partnerships, social, and paid media.
  • Brief and collaborate with content, video, and design teams to produce UK‑specific assets.
  • Ensure campaigns are clearly structured, well timed, and aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Apply a strong understanding of UK financial services marketing and.
  • Ensure all UK marketing activity is accurate, responsible, and aligned with internal approval processes.
  • Balance creativity with clarity and regulatory confidence.
  • Work closely with UK business leaders, advisers, and recruitment stakeholders.
  • Support adviser recruitment, brand‑building initiatives, and client‑facing activity.
  • Act as a delivery‑focused marketing partner to the UK business.

Performance, Measurement & Improvement

  • Track campaign performance against defined objectives.
  • Use insight and data to refine activity and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain clear, structured reporting for the Group Marketing Director.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years marketing experience, with exposure to UK financial services.
  • Proven experience operating as a 360 marketer across channels.
  • Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable using data to guide decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working across global or multi‑region teams.
  • Adviser recruitment or B2B services marketing experience.
  • Event or partnership‑led growth exposure.
