This role requires a strategic thinker with over 8 years of experience in analytics and operations, preferably in rapid-growth startups. Key responsibilities include developing fraud prevention frameworks, optimizing detection models, and collaborating across teams to enhance defenses while ensuring a smooth experience for legitimate users. The ideal candidate also possesses strong analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with automation tools.

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Lead to own and lead Taptap Send’s fraud strategy, ensuring our customers and business remain protected from financial crime and abuse. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in analytics and operations responsible for owning and driving improvements to a key metric. We’re looking for someone with a background in fast-moving startups, with bonus points for fintech and fraud experience.
You will develop and execute fraud prevention frameworks, optimize risk detection models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our fraud defenses while minimizing friction for legitimate users.
This role will play a critical part in driving growth while ensuring Taptap Send remains a trusted and secure platform.
