• Log, coordinate, and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
• Maintain CAPA records and quality data within IQM / Q-PULSE.
• Control and manage quality documentation.
• Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits.
• Support external audits and ISO review processes.
• Produce quality reports and dashboards.
