About the role

In this role, you will be a driving force behind the smooth and efficient delivery of our R&D project. You will be responsible for:

• Project Management: Overseeing various aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk monitoring, and reporting.
• Communication & Collaboration: Coordinating meetings and deadlines for diverse stakeholders, including government representatives, industry partners, and our own internal team.
• Documentation & Communication: Drafting clear and concise project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Executive Support: Providing ad-hoc support to the company directors as needed including the booking of travel, venues and accommodation.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Possess excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and have a proactive approach.
• Are a clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
• Enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your work.
• Are a team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK (essential).
• Are located on the south coast of the UK (not essential).

Location

Remote (UK-based), however, close proximity to Portsmouth/Southampton is considered a plus for occasional in-person meetings.
