We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager

This role is Remote, United Kingdom

As a Project Manager you will be leading and managing high-priority projects that impact one or more business functions or complex initiatives spanning multiple business units or functional areas.

In this role, you will…

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, documentation teams, and operations teams, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support with configuration and stand-up of enterprise SaaS environments for our largest customers, leading the data upload, configuration, quality assurance and deployment process in accordance with documented best practices.
  • Utilize Jira to create and maintain dashboards, release reports, and release data, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reports through well-maintained dashboards and clear documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, tools, and templates to enhance project management practices.
  • Escalate critical issues and risks promptly, ensuring they are addressed with appropriate mitigation strategies and clear communication.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses for completed projects and releases, collaborating with stakeholders to implement lessons learned for future improvements.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, from initial planning and resource allocation to project closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and are completed within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Perform regular risk assessments and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Monitor and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption and maintain momentum.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive risk register for all active projects, tracking and mitigating risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects comply with relevant security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate weekly Scrum of Scrums meetings to coordinate efforts, remove roadblocks, and align teams on project progress.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with 6 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with deployment of HCM/LMS/LXP systems in large organizations.
  • Experience with implementations that include technical integrations between software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of Jira.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
