Overview

eCommerce Manager – Luxury Activewear

A refined activewear brand at the intersection of fashion and sport is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead its digital commerce. This is an office-based role in the client's new, modern London office. The role is focused on delivering eCommerce success for the brand, balancing trading performance with a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive growth, elevate the brand, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the online store, while also shaping the brand’s digital presence across performance, CRM, and content channels.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Trading & Digital Operations

  • Own and drive the global eCommerce P&L—forecasting, trading, and optimising to hit sales and margin targets.
  • Oversee site performance, UX, merchandising, and conversion optimisation.
  • Manage day-to-day product launches, homepage refreshes, navigation, SEO, and on-site content updates.
  • Coordinate with logistics and CS teams to deliver premium service and smooth fulfilment.
  • Partner with third-party platforms (Shopify Plus, ESPs, analytics tools) to enhance functionality and performance.

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital (paid social, Google Ads, email, SEO) and owned channels.
  • Develop the brand calendar in collaboration with creative, product, and merchandising teams.
  • Manage email marketing strategy, campaign performance, and database growth (Klaviyo or similar).
  • Brief and oversee paid media strategy with in-house or external teams across Meta, Google, and affiliate.
  • Plan brand-building activations including social storytelling, PR drops, influencer campaigns, and seasonal lookbooks.
  • Report on trading, traffic, and campaign performance with regular insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously optimise onsite conversion, CAC, ROAS, and LTV with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to inform strategy and maintain competitive edge.

Required skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a hybrid ecommerce/marketing role, ideally within luxury fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ownership of ecommerce trading performance and campaign execution.
  • Strong grasp of Shopify Plus, GA4, Klaviyo, and Meta/Google Ads platforms.
  • Aesthetic sensibility with an understanding of brand storytelling and luxury customer experience.
  • Commercial mindset—data-driven, results-focused, and agile in approach.
  • Excellent cross-functional project management and communication skills.

The scope of the roles and responsibilities may expand or be varied depending on the needs of the Company’s business to adapt to changing market conditions.
