A governmental housing authority in Greater London is looking for a Senior Principal Project Manager. The ideal candidate will lead housing projects and manage client-side governance and contract management. This role involves delivering major works and collaborating with partners in the housing sector. The City of London’s Housing Service manages 11 housing estates, totalling 3000 homes. Two of these estates are in the Square Mile and a further 9 estates are in neighbouring London boroughs. We are completing several new developments in Islington and Lewisham delivering 200 new homes for social rent, a community centre and estates office. These projects form an integral part of an ambitious programme of building new social housing, estate regeneration, public realm projects, home maintenance, improvements, and refurbishment.
This post is for a self‑motivated, dynamic, client‑side Senior Principal Project Manager who will work as part of a team with responsibility for supporting client‑side governance, contract management, and working effectively with consultants and contractors.
Salary: £68,300 - £77,400 per annum inclusive of all allowances
Contractual Hours: Mon - Fri, 35 hours per week
Basis: Permanent
