Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, gardening, or minor maintenance.
• Practical experience with trades such as plumbing, fencing, or small works.
• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Physically fit to perform manual duties.
• Friendly and polite with good social skills.

Responsibilities

• Keeping estate areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free at all times.
• Conducting regular site walkarounds to identify issues.
• Supporting minor maintenance tasks such as door adjustments.
• Assisting with refuse movement and ensuring bin stores are clean.
• Managing car parks and cycle stores.

Skills

Background in cleaning, gardening, or minor maintenance

Practical experience in trades such as plumbing, fencing, or small works

Good standard of education

Full, clean UK driving licence

Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties

Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related tasks
