Job summary

A football coaching organization is seeking to hire a coach for female players aged 8-16 at their Girls Elite Centres in Cambridge. The role involves implementing a structured training syllabus, assisting with fixtures, maintaining attendance records, and developing players' technical and psychological skills. Ideal candidates will hold FA and UEFA coaching badges, have experience in customer service, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Weekend and evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

  • FA Level 1 coaching badge required.
  • UEFA C Coaching Badge needed.
  • Introduction to First Aid qualification essential.
  • Experience in talent identification is a must.
  • Excellent customer service experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support female players in their development.
  • Implement a 30-week training syllabus.
  • Complete performance reports for players.
  • Assist with developmental fixtures during school holidays.
  • Log accurate player attendance records.

Job description

To coach and support female players holistic development aged between 8-16, within our Girls Elite Centres.

To follow, implement and/or adapt a 30-week training syllabus as set by the Girl's Programme Manager.

Key Job Outcomes

  • To complete reports which will provide players with feedback on their technical, tactical, physical and psychological performance.
  • To assist with developmental fixtures which normally take place within the school holiday periods.
  • To complete and log accurate player attendance records to each session.
  • To attend CPD events in order to continually develop you own personal skills and knowledge alongside utilising and implementing these skills to improve the quality of GEC delivery.
