A football coaching organization is seeking to hire a coach for female players aged 8-16 at their Girls Elite Centres in Cambridge. The role involves implementing a structured training syllabus, assisting with fixtures, maintaining attendance records, and developing players' technical and psychological skills. Ideal candidates will hold FA and UEFA coaching badges, have experience in customer service, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Weekend and evening availability is expected.
To coach and support female players holistic development aged between 8-16, within our Girls Elite Centres.
To follow, implement and/or adapt a 30-week training syllabus as set by the Girl's Programme Manager.
