Job summary

A reputable NHS Trust in Chorley is seeking a Clinical Practice Lead for their theatre department. This role involves leading and developing staff in surgical practices for various specialties including Gynaecology and Urology. Qualifications

  • NMC/HCPC registration required.
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Post graduate qualifications in leadership and mentorship preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate relevant clinical experience in surgical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop theatre staff ensuring quality clinical care.
  • Support operational leads in promoting trust values.
  • Participate in clinical audits and implement improvement plans.
  • Be flexible in working hours across multiple sites.
