**Overall Purpose of Role**The Head of DevOps Tooling leads the strategic direction, implementation, and optimisation of DevOps practices and tooling across the organisation. This is a hands-on engineering role, responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery pipelines, supporting infrastructure automation, and platform resilience. The role holder will manage a team of DevOps Tooling Engineers, defining tooling standards, and drive continuous improvement across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems.This role will work closely and collaboratively with all IT functions to define and execute the LME-wide DevOps tooling strategy and roadmap, and to continuously push innovation in all areas of the business.
